최근 몇 년 동안 인공지능 기술은 헬스케어 분야에서 대량의 의료 정보 데이터를 첨단 알고리즘에 적용하여 암, 기흉, COVID-19 합병증 등의 질병을 진단하거나 치료하는 데 많이 활용하고 있다. 그러나, 진단 및 치료에 사용되는 의료 정보 데이터는 개인정보를 보호할 필요가 있고, 여러 제조사가 공급한 여러 종류의 MRI 스캐너에서 촬영한 데이터를 분석할 때 발생할 수 있는 데이터 부정합성 때문에 표준화 문제를 해결해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 분야에서 사용되는 의료 정보 데이터를 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 클라우드 에지 기반의 디지털 헬스 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 의료 정보 데이터를 서버로 전달할 때 의료 정보 데이터 간 간섭을 최소화할 수 있도록 에지 장치에서 가중치를 부여하여 로드 밸런싱을 수행한다. 또한, 제안 모델의 구성요소인 에지 장치는 외부의 불법적인 접근을 사전에 예방하기 위해서 인덱스 정보와 디지털 헬스 데이터를 구분하여 블록체인으로 해시 처리한다. 성능 평가 결과, 제안 모델은 클라우드 에지 기반의 블록체인에 적용하였을 때 효율성은 평균 11.5%, 정확도는 평균 13.4% 향상되었고, 지연시간은 8.4% 낮았다.

In recent years, artificial intelligence technology has been widely used in the healthcare field to diagnose or treat diseases such as cancer, pneumothorax, and COVID-19 complications by applying a large amount of clinical data to advanced algorithms. However, medical information data used for diagnosis and treatment need to protect personal information and solve standardization problems due to data inconsistencies that may occur when analyzing data taken from multiple types of MRI scanners supplied by multiple manufacturers. In this paper, we propose a cloud edge-based digital health model that can safely use clinical data used in the healthcare field. The proposed model performs load balancing by assigning weights on edge devices to minimize interference between clinical data when delivering clinical data to servers. In addition, the edge device, which is a component of the proposed model, separates the index information and digital health data and hashes them into a blockchain in order to prevent illegal external access in advance. As a result of performance evaluation, when the proposed model was applied to a cloud edge-based blockchain, the efficiency improved by 11.5% on average, the accuracy improved by 13.4% on average, and the latency was 8.4% lower.
