Recently, the field of healthcare combines IoT technology and big data technology to extensively diagnose and treat patients' health care data. However, the healthcare field has many difficulties in storing and processing data generated to collect patient's health care data. In this paper, we propose an efficient Healthcare Internet of Things of Artificial Intelligence (HIoTAI) model that optimizes patients' health care data in a cloud environment by applying IoT-based big data technology to AI models in the healthcare field. The proposed model extracts only the anonymized index values of critical patient health data by pre-applying not only the management costs of the patient's health care data but also the maintenance costs to the big data processing and AI model on the cloud. The proposed model uses the extracted anonymous index values of the patient to update the patient's health check and health care information and then sends it back to the input values of the AI model to reduce the management costs and improve safety of the patient's health care data. With this, the proposed model provides anonymized patient health care data while protecting patient privacy and enabling multi-purpose applications.

최근 헬스케어는 분야는 IoT 기술과 빅 데이터 기술이 결합하여 환자의 건강 관리 데이터를 광범위하게 진단 및 치료를 위해 사용하고 있다. 그러나 헬스케어 분야는 환자의 건강 관리 데이터를 수집하기 위해 생성된 데이터를 저장하고 처리하는데 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 분야에 IoT 기반 빅 데이터 기술을 AI 모델에 적용하여 환자의 건강 관리 데이터를 클라우드 환경에서 최적화시킨 효율적인 HIoTAI(Healthhcare Internet of Things of Artificial Intelligence) 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 환자의 건강 관리 데이터의 관리 비용 뿐만 아니라 유지 비용을 클라우드 상에서 빅데이터 처리 및 AI 모델에 사전 적용함으로써, 중요 환자 건강 데이터의 익명화된 인덱스 값만을 추출한다. 제안 모델은 추출된 환자의 익명 인덱스 값을 이용하여 의사가 환자의 건강 체크 및 건강 관리 정보를 갱신한 후 AI 모델의 입력값으로 다시 보내 환자의 건강 관리 데이터의 관리 비용 절감 및 안전성을 향상시키다. 이를 통해 제안 모델은 환자의 개인 정보를 보호하고 다목적 응용 프로그램을 가능하게 하면서 익명화된 환자 건강 관리 데이터를 제공한다.
