최근 빅데이터 기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 개인정보 보호의 중요성이 사회적으로 점점 증가하고 있다. 클라우드 환경에서 개인정보의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 향상하기 위해서는 클라우드 기반 안전한 서비스가 중요하기 때문에 표준과 개인정보 보호법을 준수할 수 있는 관리체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 서비스 관리 측면에서 보호해야 할 대상 클라우드 서비스 공급자 선택 시 강력한 보안 인프라 환경에 적합한 클라우드 관리시스템 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 클라우드 서비스에 적합한 정보보호 관리시스템을 클라우드 사용자가 안전하게 활용할 수 있는 것이 목적이다. 또한, 제안 모델은 관리적, 기술적, 물리적 요소들을 사용자 정보서비스 이용자 관점에서 각 Layer 별(인프라, DB 서비스, 내부망, WEB 서비스, 외부망)로 대응 방안을 제공할 수 있다.

With the recent rapid development of big data technology, the importance of personal information protection is increasing socially. In order to improve the safety and reliability of personal information in a cloud environment, a management system that can comply with standards and personal information protection laws is necessary because cloud-based safe services are important. In this paper, we propose a cloud management system model suitable for a strong security infrastructure environment when selecting a target cloud service provider to be protected in terms of cloud service management. The proposed model aims to allow cloud users to safely use an information protection management system suitable for cloud services. In addition, the proposed model can provide countermeasures for each layer (infrastructure, DB service, internal network, WEB service, external network) from the perspective of user information service users.
